Senior Performance Tester

The role of a Senior Performance Tester is to lead a team in reviewing and implementing new testing methodologies across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deliver, and record test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements
  • Track, manage, and record issues that arise during the testing lifecycle and report to the management team
  • Stay up-to-date with performance testing tools and techniques, including LoadRunner, JMeter, and LoadUI

Requirements:

  • Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or LoadUI
  • Leadership experience in non-functional test projects
  • Knowledge of test automation and relevant tools
  • Programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#
  • Experience testing on various platforms, including Cloud

This is a fixed-term contract, predominantly remote, with occasional onsite presence. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team to achieve project objectives.
