Procurement Excellence Manager

The Procurement Manager plays a pivotal role in driving and delivering the procurement strategy for SaaS, IT Services, IT Hardware, or Cloud categories. This encompasses creating sourcing strategies, executing sourcing activities, establishing strong collaborative partnerships, and driving procurement best practices continuously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement optimized procurement strategies to enhance operational efficiency across all Customer Facing Units for relevant categories.
  • Oversee the execution of procurement policies and procedures, ensuring seamless implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Manage key supplier relationships to ensure procurement excellence, fostering long-term collaborations and mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Secure and maintain stakeholder engagement for procurement initiatives, promoting transparency and effective communication.
  • Enhance operational efficiency through strategic procurement practices, leveraging technology and data-driven insights to drive business growth.
  • Support the Senior Procurement Manager in driving the procurement strategy for the Advisory & Consulting category, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT procurement, ideally across SaaS, Cloud, or IT Services, with a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.
  • Experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies and policies, driving business value and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated success in managing senior-level supplier relationships, building trust and fostering collaborative partnerships.
  • Experience in securing stakeholder engagement and buy-in for procurement initiatives, promoting transparency and effective communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making.
  • Experience in driving adoption of digital procurement technology, leveraging innovation to enhance business outcomes.
