  The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Human Resources as a strategic HR business partner or HR Manager, with 2+ years of people leadership experience preferred. They will also have significant knowledge of HR policies and processes, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration technologies.

  The successful candidate will be able to influence through strong relationships, expertise and data to drive change, and manage a complex set of global stakeholders in remote locations and corporate office. They will also have strong communication skills, effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and demonstrate success in creating an environment of trust with clients and peers.
