Strategic Talent Manager


Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our team on a part-time basis.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a professional services environment and is passionate about cultivating a high-performance culture.

The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.

Key responsibilities include talent acquisition and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance and policy, and HR operations.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in HR management, ideally within financial services or professional sectors.

A strong understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practices is essential.
