Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Road Passenger Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers and operating our fleet of coaches and buses.

Our Fleet

We operate a large fleet of 1,160 coaches and buses, including almost 500 vehicles that provide school transport services. This presents opportunities for drivers to gain experience and build their skills.


Remuneration

We offer competitive pay, with payment made weekly and increments on the anniversary date of entry to the service. Overtime opportunities are available to enhance earnings, and our drivers can look forward to regular increases in their salary over time.


  • Year 1-2: €755.84
  • Year 5-6: €857.57
  • Year 3-4: €816.48
  • Year 7: €898.22

Working Hours

The standard working week consists of 39 hours, exclusive of breaks, spread over 7 days. This allows our drivers to enjoy a good work-life balance and maintain their physical and mental well-being.


Annual Leave

Drivers receive 20 working days of annual leave, with additional service days after 5, 7, and 10 years of service. This provides ample opportunity for our drivers to rest and recharge.


Training and Development

We invest in the training and development of our drivers, providing vehicle and route familiarization, customer care, defensive driving, and other essential skills. This helps our drivers to grow professionally and personally.
