Business Development Finance Leader

About the Role

This is a highly respected finance leadership position that involves spearheading business development initiatives, ensuring financial performance meets company objectives. As a strategic partner to senior management, you will be responsible for analyzing data and providing insights to inform key decisions.

A key aspect of this role is collaborating with stakeholders across different departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop and implement effective strategies for business growth.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
  • Develop and manage complex financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support informed decision-making.
  • Provide expert guidance on financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance metrics to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis and financial reporting software, with experience managing large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
