About the Role
  • You will work as part of client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, delivering projects with a strong understanding of core business and finance operations.
  • You will demonstrate exceptional problem-solving ability, including logical reasoning and the ability to untangle complex issues to improve processes and workflows.
  • You will deliver high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget.
  • You will apply project management fundamentals, including RAID logs, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • You will collaborate with clients to identify business goals, processes, and challenges, translating insights into functional requirements.
  • You will facilitate workshops and interviews to collect and document business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
  • You will support service offerings and contribute to a diverse range of deliveries.
  • You will innovate and develop creative solutions to client challenges, enhancing strategic and operational outcomes.
  • You will present complex concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing, to stakeholders.
  • You will maintain strong organizational skills and manage multiple tasks, delivering high-quality results on schedule.
  • You will cultivate and maintain trusted client relationships, representing the organization with professionalism and credibility.
  • You will stay updated on trends in the Financial Services industry to foster innovation and contribute to Finance Competency, including thought leadership and training.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong academic record with a degree in finance, data, risk, business, or related area.
  • A minimum of 2–5 years of experience delivering change in a finance function, from consulting or industry, with financial services, insurance, data transformation, or financial risk management exposure preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience developing structured presentations and analytics.
  • An understanding of finance and accounting technology landscapes and trends in Financial Services.
  • Experience across the full project lifecycle from concept to implementation.
  • Professionalism, credibility, resilience, and the ability to influence clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborative, self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of learning new knowledge quickly.
