Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive business growth in our Industrial and Commercial Heating Systems Solutions Division. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, building customer relationships, and driving revenue expansion.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and sales professionals to achieve their best performance and meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key customers and clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Analyse sales performance, data, and market insights to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee the entire order processing cycle, from order entry to fulfilment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and technical, to ensure alignment and support for business initiatives.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise in the estimating, engineering, and sales process.

  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
