Business Development Leader

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our team and drive sales and profit targets. This involves working closely with sales executives, developing key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring timely and accurate administration procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize sales and profit opportunities
  • Report on F&I performance through daily/weekly/monthly KPI development and preparation
  • Develop and maintain necessary skills to fulfill the business management role in a highly professional manner
  • Ensure all administration procedures are completed accurately and on time
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Finance Manager in a dealership
  • Meet Central Bank of Ireland minimum competencies code
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Computer literacy, ideally with experience using Kerridge/Drive

As a Business Development Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit targets. You will work closely with sales executives to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure timely and accurate administration procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and analytical skills, as well as computer literacy. Ideally, you will have experience using Kerridge/Drive.
