Job Title: Experienced Production Operations Leader

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a shift team to achieve production and quality targets in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This includes managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate shift operations to meet production and quality targets.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and GMP standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and employee engagement.
  • Monitor costs and labour efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Maintenance, HR, Logistics).
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years' supervisory or management experience in food manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, health & safety, and quality standards.
  • SAP/MES/SCADA experience desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
