Lead Treasury Regulatory Change Specialist
Job Description:The Governance & Assurance team seeks a seasoned leader to steer and safeguard the bank amidst regulatory shifts. This role demands in-depth understanding of compliance, regulations, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:- Review Treasury upstream communications to support Treasury management in implementing enhanced Treasury impacting regulatory obligations.
- Coordinate reviews and updates of key regulatory documents and procedures.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders across the bank and externally.
- Support planning, prioritization, and execution of enhancements, working with senior management to deliver them.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and simplify communications, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Minimum 5 years' experience leading a team in a risk, audit, regulatory compliance, or treasury support role.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Highly developed relationship management skills, including interaction with senior management and external stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing communication strategies and reviewing customer communications.
