Head Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Culinary Specialist to join our kitchen team at a renowned visitor attraction in Dublin. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented culinary professional looking for a work-life balance with daytime hours, working 5 out of 7 days.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in high-quality food production and team leadership. They will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of food quality, presentation, consistency, and service is delivered to clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the highest level of food quality, presentation, consistency, and service is delivered to clients and customers
  • Collaborating with the development team to create and develop menu items in line with our ethos of innovation, sustainability, and use of fresh local produce.
  • Drawing up staff rosters within allocated budget constraints
  • Providing training and mentoring of staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and upskilling
  • Ensuring the highest hygiene standards and compliance with HACCP regulations are maintained in the kitchen and documented
  • Procuring and sourcing of produce and stock
  • Managing costs efficiently to achieve target profit margins

Requirements:
