Head Chef

The role of Head Chef is a senior position within the culinary team, overseeing kitchen operations and maintaining high standards of food quality. A key responsibility is to lead the team through positive and constructive methods, fostering a productive work environment that encourages teamwork and staff wellbeing.

Responsibilities include achieving consistent GP results, accurate Labour forecast, and ensuring operational efficiency. The Head Chef will also be responsible for training and mentoring kitchen staff to maintain high food standards, as well as ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements for this role include previous experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a busy kitchen environment, strong culinary skills, and leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A complete understanding of EBITDA & GP, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, are also essential.
