Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as a Data Analyst across the Order To Cash team. The successful candidate will develop a long-term roadmap and implementation plan for the deployment of SAP master data management activities within its associated affiliates.

This role will manage Data Requirements and Governance related to Business Operations across Order to Cash, collaborating cross-functionally with program sponsors, process owners, and IT.

The OTC Data Analyst will support Global Business Operations projects and change, establishing end-to-end linkages for master data between different process areas, and different systems.

  • Configure Master Data Management processes through data modelling and business rules
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
  • Analyze and coordinate large volume data extractions, transformations, and loads
  • Identify issues and opportunities, drive solutions in Data Governance
  • Monitor and ensure data quality
  • Create high level reliability and consistency through data
  • Investigate further automation potential to eliminate manual errors
  • Understand stakeholders' needs and establish an optimum equilibrium in terms of integrating cross-functional requirements to OTC processes
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Preferably hold a major with analytics focus such as Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, Econometrics, Economics or related fields
  • At least some years of experience in Customer Services, Commercial Operations and/or Supply Chain is preferable
  • Have understanding on data governance frameworks and practices
  • Experience in delivering data management projects is preferable
  • Expertise in communication skills as well as influencing & persuading
  • Big data analysis skills is preferable
  • Experience in pharmaceutical operations/cGMP environment highly desirable
