Job Overview
  • We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Assistant & Bookkeeper to support our business operations on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with administrative duties, including invoice processing, banking, payments, and record-keeping for tax returns.
  • Manage incoming correspondence, serving as the first point of contact for inquiries from tenants.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential files and filing systems.
  • Support with meetings, scheduling, agendas, minute-taking, and action recording.
  • Arrange travel and book meeting rooms for the team.
  • Perform ad hoc duties and errands as required.
Required Competencies

  • Maturity in handling sensitive information and situations.
  • Flexibility in adapting to varying tasks and priorities.
  • Financial knowledge and bookkeeping practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred qualifications include experience in finance or bookkeeping, banking, and tax-related document preparation, as well as experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
