Job Overview- We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Assistant & Bookkeeper to support our business operations on a part-time basis.
- Assist with administrative duties, including invoice processing, banking, payments, and record-keeping for tax returns.
- Manage incoming correspondence, serving as the first point of contact for inquiries from tenants.
- Maintain accurate and confidential files and filing systems.
- Support with meetings, scheduling, agendas, minute-taking, and action recording.
- Arrange travel and book meeting rooms for the team.
- Perform ad hoc duties and errands as required.
- Confidentiality and professionalism.
- Maturity in handling sensitive information and situations.
- Flexibility in adapting to varying tasks and priorities.
- Financial knowledge and bookkeeping practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Technical proficiency in office software and tools.
Preferred qualifications include experience in finance or bookkeeping, banking, and tax-related document preparation, as well as experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
