Customer Partnership Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Partnership Manager to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong customer partnerships to meet their needs and expectations.
  • Business Development & Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations for products across multiple business partners and locations.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Create and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth, focusing on maximizing product presence and performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to align objectives and share progress while managing your portfolio autonomously.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.
Essential Experience & Skills:
  • Experience in establishing successful customer partnerships.
  • A strong network and credibility within the shopping centre industry.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Highly ambitious, assertive, and self-motivated to meet targets.
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining regular communication with senior leadership.
