Job Title

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support for key account administration, including preparing quotations, handling invoicing, assisting credit control, and addressing reporting-related queries. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client inquiries and issues via email and phone in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions using our CRM system
  • Resolve issues efficiently and effectively, prioritizing customer satisfaction
  • Support key account administration, including preparation of quotations, invoicing, and credit control
