Job Summary:
The Accommodation Supervisor is responsible for supporting the housekeeping function and leading a team of accommodation assistants/housekeeping staff. This role ensures the highest quality of rooms standard for our guests and maintains compliance with all H&S and HACCP regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the maintenance of the highest standard of work.
  2. Direct and lead a team of accommodation assistants/housekeeping staff.
  3. Collaborate with the Maintenance department to ensure hotel standards are consistently high.
  4. Maintain records and reports related to the role.


Requirements:
This role requires 1-2 years' experience within an Accommodation Department at supervisory level. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to assist in other departments as needed.
