Job Description
The Front Desk Supervisor plays a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and contributing to the overall success of the hotel. Key responsibilities include:

  • Approach all interactions with guests and colleagues in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including Front Office logs and Trace Files.
  • Ensure timely and efficient processing of guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Monitor and maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel services, amenities, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
