Role Information
  • Greeting and welcoming guests: Create a positive first impression by providing a warm and friendly welcome.
  • Check-in and check-out procedures: Efficiently handle these processes, ensuring accurate information is collected and reservations are confirmed.
  • Customer assistance and inquiries: Attend to guests' queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Phone and email communication: Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the relevant departments or staff members.
  • Lobby maintenance and appearance: Keep the reception area tidy and visually appealing, monitoring the lobby to ensure it reflects the high standards of the hotel.
