We're seeking a skilled professional to drive growth and success in the Display and Video 360 space. As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing client relationships, developing strategic plans, and delivering exceptional results.
You will co-own quarterly and annual planning with internal teams, ensuring clients are satisfied with ROI. You'll also build and manage client relationships through service excellence, balancing campaign needs with proactive selling and advising on marketing activity.
Develop and deliver business plans, leveraging sales pipelines and designing account strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally with specialist teams to overcome complexity and deliver timely solutions.
Contributing strategically to the growth and direction of our services is also key.
Drive innovation and progress in the programmatic ecosystem by building trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their business needs, and translating them into powerful solutions.
- Responsibilities:
- Co-own Zalando's DV360 and YouTube quarterly and annual planning alongside the IM.
- Build clients and agency relationships through service excellence.
- Develop, manage, and deliver an In-Q business plan.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with specialist teams.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role experience.
Prior experience dealing with fashion/apparel customers, working within the retail industry, and experience in the programmatic ecosystem is a plus.
