Job Title


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to manage our food department. As Deli Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our deli, ensuring that we provide an exceptional customer experience.


The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' supervisory/management experience, preferably in a food environment. They will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of consistently delivering results.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Leading a team to deliver high levels of customer service;
  • Coaching, training, and developing team members;
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment;
  • Managing inventory and stock control;
  • Preparing food and beverages;
  • Merchandising our food offer;
  • Cleaning throughout the store.
