Our business is looking for an experienced leader to manage our deli department. As a Deli Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the deli, including leading a team and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the deli department
  • Lead a team of employees and provide coaching and training as needed
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales growth
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with at least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a food-related environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results, demonstrating strong leadership skills, and possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of urgency and a desire to grow and take on additional responsibilities.
