Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Operations Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of our operations. This key role involves leading a team that ensures efficient order fulfillment and dispatch, meeting customer demand on time.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in people management and be skilled in using data to influence business decisions. They should also possess strong communication skills and be proficient in verbal and written English.

As a Logistics Operations Manager, you will be responsible for creating and driving a culture of safety and wellbeing within your team. You will also analyze and implement changes to maintain high-quality productivity levels, oversee projects to streamline processes, and improve service quality.
