New Product Development Graduate

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in product development?

  • This graduate position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop new lighting products, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • You will collaborate with our Quality Control and Technical teams to gather feedback and update product designs, refining them to meet the highest standards.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual with excellent communication skills to assist in managing product development projects, including reviewing and updating product technical data for accuracy and consistency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing product samples, ordering, reviewing, and cataloguing.
  • Collating and cross-referencing new product information supplied by QC and NPD China.
  • Completing comparison sheets and making suggestions based on evaluation of data.
  • Producing sales analysis reports showing results of worldwide product launches.
  • Collaborating with Sales and Marketing departments to produce catalogues and promotional materials.
  • Evaluating departmental processes and suggesting improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Product Design, Engineering, Purchasing, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized with proven project management skills.
  • Task-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
