Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of our service.

  • Provide exceptional levels of care to residents.
  • Manage staff and ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Implement policies and procedures that support best practice in care delivery.
  • Respond to complaints in line with organisational guidelines.

The role involves managing a team, providing mentorship and leadership, as well as coordinating appointments with the multi-disciplinary team.

Care plans will be regularly reviewed and updated as necessary.

Requirements
  1. A QQI Level 7 Degree in Social Care or a related field is essential.
  2. Minimum three years experience in a management or supervisory role in the Health or Social Care sector.
  3. Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are required.
