Job Title: Finishing Foreman

About the Role:

  • Candidates will coordinate and supervise finishing works on residential apartment projects in Dublin, serving as a key point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients, and design teams.
  • The successful candidate will report into and support the Project Manager and Site Manager, overseeing and managing manpower on site, including direct staff and subcontractors.
  • Duties include procuring materials and ensuring site requirements are met, as well as managing sub-contractors, trades, and personnel on site to ensure productivity levels are high and works are completed on time.

Requirements:

  • A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Background (carpentry/joinery preferred) is required, along with a minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar role with a construction company in ROI main contractor or fit out contractor preferred.
  • Experience working on high volume residential developments is essential for this position.
