Building Site Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a Building Site Supervisor to join our team working on residential projects in the Louth area. This is a permanent position as a result of multiple new contracts coming through across Louth and Meath.
The role will involve coordination and supervision of building sites, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and within budget. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing manpower on site, including direct staff and subcontractors. This will include procurement of materials, ensuring site requirements are met without exceeding budget, and managing sub-contractors, trades and personnel on site to ensure productivity levels are high and works are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordination and supervision of building sites
• Overseeing and managing manpower on site
• Procurement of materials
• Managing sub-contractors, trades and personnel on site
Requirements:
• A degree in construction management or trade background (carpentry/joinery preferred)
• A minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar role with a construction company in ROI main contractor or fit out contractor preferred
• Experience working on high volume residential developments essential
Benefits:
