The Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Corporate Affairs and Compliance to join our Senior Management Team.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and reporting on our corporate governance and compliance systems, and processes to meet the requirements of the Board, the Audit and Risk Committee, and key stakeholders in Ireland and the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing corporate governance and compliance systems
  • Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services and the Chief Executive
  • Providing legal support in conjunction with external advisors
  • Supporting the organisation to deliver on its strategy

Requirements

Candidates must be professionally qualified with a postgraduate qualification (or equivalent) in corporate governance, legal or risk related discipline, or have extensive relevant experience covering all aspects and requirements of the role.
