Job Role: Care Practice Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to manage the development of clinical and practical expertise of healthcare assistants. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting care supervision visits in home care settings, overseeing the accurate maintenance of supervision records, and participating in care activities as part of the care supervision process.
The role involves:
- Conducting regular care supervision visits in home care settings
- Overseeing the accurate maintenance of supervision records
- Participating in care activities as part of the care supervision process
- Employing best practice approaches in the care of customers
- Ensuring client diaries are completed correctly by HCAs
- Conducting client reviews
Requirements:
- QQI Level 5 in healthcare or equivalent qualification
- QQI Level 6 in Supervisory Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Healthcare Assistant
- Driver's license and own transport
- Reliable, dedicated, diligent, and trustworthy individual
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
