This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Facilities Coordinator. The role involves managing the facilities function and ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of the facilities function, ensuring all aspects are well-managed.
- Respond to service requests and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Set up and support meeting rooms according to client requirements, ensuring all necessary equipment is available.
- Conduct site inspections to identify and report maintenance issues, hazards, and incidents.
- Maintain accurate reporting through regular updates and operational reports.
Ideal Candidate:
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Previous customer service experience with a professional approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and fluent in English.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours as required.
Requirements:
We require candidates to have the appropriate work permits, visas or sponsorships already in place. We cannot consider candidates who do not have full authorization to work in Ireland.
