We are seeking an experienced and skilled hospitality professional to join our team at a leading hotel. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to guests from around the world.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding hospitality by greeting guests warmly, showing interest, offering assistance, and responding to their needs and comfort.
  • Maintain high standards of respect and discretion when interacting with guests, respecting their privacy and personal property.
  • Have a general knowledge of the hotel, its amenities, meal times, services available, and local attractions to assist guests with their requirements.
  • Deal with customer complaints in a diplomatic manner and seek assistance when necessary.
  • Perform general upkeep tasks as requested, including monitoring traffic and parking, providing valet parking service, and assisting with guest luggage.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as exceptional selling skills, attention to detail, strong customer focus, and a positive attitude towards work. They must also be able to work flexible shifts and have a full clean driving license.
