Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead underwriting governance initiatives and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
* Evaluate and enhance controls, processes, and risk frameworks within underwriting
* Oversee the accuracy and integrity of underwriting data in internal systems
* Monitor market developments and regulatory changes, providing guidance to underwriters and leadership teams
* Support internal and external audits, liaising with auditors and regulators as needed
* Assist in the development of risk modelling, pricing oversight, and underwriting controls
* Collaborate with risk, compliance, and underwriting teams to drive best practices and process improvements

What You Need
5+ years' experience in a governance, risk, audit, or compliance role within insurance

Key Skills
* Strong understanding of insurance processes, underwriting governance, and regulatory frameworks
* Experience in risk management, internal controls, and compliance monitoring
