Residential Construction Project Manager

This challenging position requires a professional with experience in managing teams on-site, overseeing subcontractors and internal works/facade or groundworks.

  • Lead management teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinate logistics and schedules to guarantee successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in residential construction projects, excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and team management abilities.

About the Role:

This Residential Construction Project Manager role is based in Castleknock, working on a high-profile project consisting of 725 apartment units in six blocks up to 14 storeys in height.

A guaranteed pipeline of work for the next two years provides an exciting opportunity to progress within the company and take on new challenges.
