Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in our retail environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the shop team with the day-to-day running of the store, maintaining high standards throughout the day.
  • Step up and guide shop operations in the absence of the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager.
  • Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy.
  • Develop your skills and knowledge through on-the-job training and supports.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team environment.

  • Flexibility to work 7 days a week.
