This role is part of the branch team, reporting to the Delivery Controller. The focus is on ensuring delivery of our customer promise with precision and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities- Organise deliveries efficiently and maintain accurate records.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and report any issues promptly.
- Utilise marketing and promotional information to generate additional sales.
- Provide market intelligence regarding competitor activity and potential business opportunities.
- Operate the branch delivery vehicle safely and courteously.
- Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness and perform daily checks.
- Adhere to Company procedures regarding accidents and insurance claims.
- Ensure secure collection of payment for cash on delivery invoices.
- Exercise caution to ensure the Health and Safety of others while performing duties.
- Notify Manager of any vehicle defects or maintenance schedules.
- Contribute to additional duties to maintain a positive working environment.
- Clean Full Irish Driving licence.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationships.
- High levels of focus, energy and drive.
