Key Responsibilities
  • Organise deliveries efficiently and maintain accurate records.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and report any issues promptly.
  • Utilise marketing and promotional information to generate additional sales.
  • Provide market intelligence regarding competitor activity and potential business opportunities.
  • Operate the branch delivery vehicle safely and courteously.
  • Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness and perform daily checks.
  • Adhere to Company procedures regarding accidents and insurance claims.
  • Ensure secure collection of payment for cash on delivery invoices.
  • Exercise caution to ensure the Health and Safety of others while performing duties.
  • Notify Manager of any vehicle defects or maintenance schedules.
  • Contribute to additional duties to maintain a positive working environment.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Clean Full Irish Driving licence.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • High levels of focus, energy and drive.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to establish customer experience excellence.
