Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a Life Sciences fit-out project in Limerick.

The Role | Construction Project Manager (Fit-Out)

As Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all fit-out activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the fit-out process
  • Lead and coordinate subcontractors, site teams and finishing trades
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations
  • Oversee site Health & Safety, implementing all safety procedures and documentation
  • Provide accurate progress reports and maintain strong communication with senior management

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience as a Site Manager or Foreman on fit-out projects
  • Strong fitout experience
  • Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
