IT Compliance Specialist Opportunity

Ireland is a thriving hub for the Life Sciences Sector, with global players establishing and expanding manufacturing facilities across the country. We are seeking an IT Compliance Analyst to join our team on a 12-month contract basis.

This exciting opportunity allows you to work closely with a global Pharmaceutical organisation on a major expansion project in the picturesque Munster region of Ireland. With a scenic location just 20 minutes from the nearest international airport, this site offers a convenient commute option for those wishing to travel to/from Ireland.

As an IT Compliance Specialist, you will be required to work on-site 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, for 45 hours. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Technical Writing assistance with the creation/updating of Documents;
  • Managing Change Controls, Deviations, and CAPAs;
  • Completing System Periodic Reviews;
  • Supporting the execution of System Audit Trail Reviews;
  • Tracking and reporting on IOPS IT Quality Metrics;
  • Championing Data Integrity for all IT systems;
  • Representing IOPS IT at various site/cross-site meetings;
  • Ensuring IOPS IT procedures comply with regulatory and corporate requirements;
  • Ensuring IOPS IT personnel operate in compliance with regulations and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 2+ years relevant experience (industry experience may be substituted for educational requirement);
  • Excellent people and communication skills;
  • Troubleshooting and analytical mindset.
