Health and Compliance Professional

The role of a Health and Compliance Professional involves the creation, implementation, and monitoring of site health and safety policies in accordance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
This position requires the development and execution of effective strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and industry guidelines. The incumbent will be responsible for conducting regular risk assessments, safety inspections, and emergency response procedures to identify potential hazards and take corrective action.
A key aspect of this role is the delivery of regular safety briefings and compliance training to staff members. The incumbent will also be responsible for ensuring that contractors and external service providers adhere to centre safety rules and regulations.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Health and Compliance Professional will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies. This role requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in administrative, compliance, or supervisory roles within service environments. They will have demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and manage unexpected challenges calmly and effectively.
