Job Title: Accounting Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting Support Specialist.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our accounting team, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process and generate sales invoices;
  • Process supplier invoices;
  • Liaise with suppliers;
  • Maintain accurate supplier reconciliation;
  • Assist in process improvements;
  • Maintain and update change of ownership transactions;
  • Complete daily, weekly & monthly reporting where required;
  • Record, update, and maintain vehicles in our core system;
  • Prepare and process Vehicle Registration Tax (VRT) transactions;
  • Act as the first point of contact for accounting-related queries within the team.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Able to work well in a process-driven environment;
  • Able to meet deadlines and self-prioritise tasks.
