Job Title: Order Processing Specialist - Danish Speaker

The role of an Order Processing Specialist is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately and efficiently processing orders from receipt to fulfillment.

Maintaining open communication with customers regarding order status, issues, and changes is essential. This involves collaborating with the inventory and shipping departments to guarantee timely delivery of products.

Key responsibilities include monitoring the order processing workflow and implementing improvements as needed, resolving discrepancies and issues related to orders in a timely manner, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing or a similar role.

Strong proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite is required, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English and Danish is also necessary for effective communication with customers.
