Accounts Payable and Receivable Operations Coordinator

As a Senior Coordinator in Accounts Payable and Receivable, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate matching of invoices. Your attention to detail and analytical skills are essential in resolving queries and aged items.
Key Responsibilities:- Timely keying of invoices and credit notes is vital to ensure creditor balances are complete and accurate within each period end.
- Record any missing invoices and credits for overcharges, providing critical information for reconciliation purposes.
- Support the business in the preparation of accruals by providing requested data.
- Manage Vendor payments run with the Financial Controller, ensuring seamless financial operations.
- Monthly General Ledger reconciliations and Creditors reconciliations and Reports are also part of your duties.
You will have exceptional Excel skills and strong numeracy skills, with a proactive attitude who want to learn and work in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are also highly valued.
