Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. As an experienced professional in accounts payable, you will be responsible for processing and reconciling supplier invoices, managing supplier accounts, and supporting month-end and year-end close activities.

About the Role

  • You will report to the Finance Manager and take ownership of day-to-day AP operations.
  • Key responsibilities include ensuring the smooth running of the finance function, processing and reconciling supplier invoices, managing supplier accounts, and providing support on ad-hoc finance projects.
  • Assist with process improvements and system enhancements within the AP function.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
