
Sales and Customer Experience Leader

As a pivotal figure in our retail network, you will play a leading role in driving sales, profits, and customer satisfaction while maintaining an impeccable store environment.
To achieve this, you will lead by example, foster an entrepreneurial spirit among your team members, and inspire them through your passion and commitment to our brand values.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading the store teams to generate sales, minimize losses, and create exceptional customer experiences while ensuring the store is visually appealing and well-maintained.
- Identifying opportunities for growth and improvement through collaboration with others.
- Maintaining corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for the sales floor and back room.
- Working closely with the visual merchandising team to ensure seamless communication and understanding between VM and store teams.
- Partnering with the store management team to build on business opportunities and achieve company objectives.
- Emphasizing the importance of quality relationships with internal and external customers and ensuring staff accountability in building a loyal customer base through unparalleled service.
- Completing daily/weekly store walkthroughs to evaluate product performance, pricing, staff service levels, and inventory levels.
- Communicating store-level reports and action plans to improve results with the Store Manager.
- Assisting with manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes to attract diverse talent.
- Building bench strength for key positions, including possible successors, with the Store Manager.
- Participating in weekly management meetings and other staff gatherings.
- Clearly communicating store and individual sales goals, as well as key performance expectations, to staff and providing guidance on improving performance.
