This opportunity allows you to collaborate with a talented team of professionals, working on a broad range of accounts. You'll have the chance to build relationships with clients, underwriters, and colleagues, delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.

  • Lead a portfolio of clients within a fast-paced and proactive broking environment.
  • Assist with managing client renewals from start to finish, addressing mid-term alterations, and handling day-to-day client and carrier queries.
  • Review and verify insurance documentation against established standards on behalf of partners.
  • Support the designated claims team in processing insurance claims.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various financial lines products, including Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers Liability, Cyber Liability, and other related areas.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and colleagues through excellent communication and service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to expand knowledge and capabilities within the organization.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant insurance broking experience (ideally 2+ years).
  • Compliance with minimum competency requirements set by the Central Bank, including CIP qualification (minimum) and ACII certification (desirable).
  • Meet the Central Bank Fitness & Probity standards.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with a proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer orientation, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office platforms, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
