Unlock Career Growth as a Sales Account Manager
As a key player in our automotive marketplace, you will focus on nurturing and growing our existing customer base in the UK market.
You will leverage performance data to re-strategize subscription rates, identify new up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and mitigate customer churn.
Strong communication skills are essential to effectively manage your time, set priorities, forecast pipelines, and meet multiple monthly goals.
Excellent customer service skills are crucial in listening and responding to dealers, resolving queries in a timely manner, and providing feedback to the organisation.
To succeed in this role:
- You should have at least 2 years of sales experience working within a target-driven environment
- A strong background in up-selling and cross-selling multiple products is necessary
- Experience in a consultative style sales cycle is vital
- Nurturing and renewals expertise is essential
- Ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with clients
- Developed pipeline forecasting skills are required
- Good organisational and communication abilities are a must
- Adaptability in a rapidly evolving business environment is crucial
- Self-motivation and passion for the automotive industry are highly valued
- Previous experience in the automotive sector is an advantage
