Compliance Officer

In the ever-evolving landscape of asset management, ensuring regulatory compliance is paramount. Our organization seeks a meticulous Compliance Officer to safeguard our business operations.

This role involves creating and reviewing reports for external stakeholders, participating in full compliance monitoring reviews, and maintaining a thorough understanding of regulatory updates.

Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and Compliance: Develop and review reports to keep stakeholders informed about our business practices.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Collaborate with teams to conduct regular compliance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary measures.
  • Regulatory Updates: Stay up-to-date on emerging regulations and provide guidance to relevant teams.
  • Advice and Guidance: Offer expert advice on compliance matters to internal stakeholders.
  • Policies and Procedures: Assist in developing and updating policies to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Delegates Oversight: Provide oversight and guidance to delegated personnel on regulatory obligations.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: 2+ years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role within an asset management company or similar industry.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing asset management companies is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Problem Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
