Your Role in the Team

You will be the welcoming host for our customers, ensuring they have an outstanding experience in our retail shops. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage warmly with every visitor, providing best-in-class service and creating a friendly atmosphere.
  • Promote our products and services, ensuring that each customer enjoys their time with us.
  • Assist customers to place bets through various channels.
  • Maintain excellent shop presentation standards to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.
  • Step up and guide operations in the absence of leadership.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Basic knowledge of betting and gaming procedures.
