Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and mitigate security risks to guarantee adherence to industry standards
- Lead security officers through guidance, support, and training exercises, coordinating staffing schedules to maximize efficiency
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless compliance with designated accounts, driving efficient and effective outcomes
- Meet with clients to address security, emergency, and safety matters, providing timely and effective resolutions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or a similar industry
- Proven track record in security operations management, with a critical eye for security risks and previous investigation experience
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, combined with IT proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong verbal, written communication, and analytical abilities
