Key Roles and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the Operations team to ensure the profitable, efficient, and safe operation of contracts. This role is responsible for providing quality service delivery to all clients in accordance with company procedures.

The key duties include:

  • Ensuring a safe working environment through compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining appropriate staffing levels with necessary skills, providing training and development to ensure competence.
  • Handling HR issues appropriately and within set timescales.
  • Completing and submitting monthly QA reports with clients within set timescales.
  • Adhering to monthly KPIs and reporting requirements.
  • Responding to site requests promptly.

The role also involves addressing requests from the Operations team and Director of Security in a timely manner.

Additionally, the role requires engagement with clients effectively to maintain strong relationships.

Flexible hours, including weekends, may be required as needed.
